The need for travel insurance in the UK
Tesco Travel Insurance can cover a trip in the UK they are available for a minimum of 2 nights and you stay in pre-booked accommodation should you pay. For the purpose of your policy, the UK cover is defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If you are a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Island and you will travel to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, you will need to cover Europe.
If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, and you will be traveling to England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Island, (or traveling in the Channel Islands if you live in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man if you live in the Isle of Man) you will need to cover the UK.
